CSME and Geohammer is a multi-disciplinary engineering providing specialty services to both public and the private sector in the field of providing geotechnical, Instrumentation Works, Soil Investigation Works, Geological studies and Consultancy that comprising of Geotechnical Studies, Environmental Studies, Mineral Exploration, Geophysical, Geological and Geotechnical Mapping, as well as providing Geographical Information System (GIS), NDT service, structure monitoring service, Engineering and Hydrographic Survey and related job.
Our team is lined up among professionals in the field of geological services. They are also a Board of Malaysian geologists and have obtained a certificate of registration as registered professional geologists. In addition to a high educational background and some outstanding achievements, our team is also very experienced in this field and has been involved with several major projects in Malaysia.

Our FOUNDER
Nur Azizan Binti Koosairi

Nur Azizan is from Malaysia and is 34 years old. And she has been working for more than ten years. She graduated from Polytechnic Ungku Omar Perak in the field of ‘Civil Engineering in 2012. Experience in human resource management, ISO 17025:2017, quality management, customer service, and documentation management.
She also worked in the private industry (construction) for five years from, ‘2010 until 2015’ as Site Administrator for ‘Project Radioactive Lahat, Perak.’ In 2015, she worked as ‘HR Manager and Deputy Quality Manager’ at DCS Consolidated Construction Sdn Bhd until 2021. She has received excellent and high-potential employee awards several times from the company.
Armed with the experience and teaching given, at the same time, she dared to dabble in the business world. She opened a company called CSME Consortium in 2015. It is a company that has ‘Specialists’ in the construction sector. in 2016, she opened up a DCS was laundry until today (2022). The business is still going. She also made printing services called PINGOO Creative and CSME Courier Services, which are in the field of courier service.
Her company, CSME Consortium, also received the “Excellent SME Business Award in the construction sector”. That has proven that this company was capable of \making changes in the construction sector with the capabilities and skills possessed by all CSME employees.
Being an entrepreneur at a young age is certainly not easy. Profit and loss are a challenge in business. She is always positive and has been learning business
and management skills until now to improve the quality to develop her business. Her principle is to always be ‘humble’ in seeking knowledge and consistently
think, “I need to think a little more so that I can be better than others.” Those words are always encouraged to be more successful in life.
